These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the COLHYBRI website (colhybri.vision) and the COLHYBRI application, both operated by ONLYMORE Group.
Acceptance of terms
By accessing colhybri.vision or using the COLHYBRI service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
The service
COLHYBRI is a subscription platform that connects residents with local merchants to strengthen neighborhood economies. The colhybri.vision website presents the project; the COLHYBRI application is where subscriptions are managed.
Subscriptions and pricing
Plans are offered on a self-serve subscription basis starting at 3 EUR / 3 USD per month. Pricing and plan details are presented in the application and may evolve. Any change is communicated in advance.
Acceptable use
You agree to use the service lawfully and not to disrupt its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or infringe the rights of others.
Intellectual property
The COLHYBRI name, the hummingbird identity, content, and software are the property of ONLYMORE Group. You may not reproduce them without prior written authorization.
Liability
The service is provided on an as-is basis. To the extent permitted by law, ONLYMORE Group is not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the service.
Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the competent courts of France, subject to mandatory consumer protection rules.
